Well I think it is pretty cool and I reckon I should keep it on my blog.

What Dogs!

 

Chapter 1 The Planning 

 

“I can’t wait to get there,” Abbie said.

“Neither can I,” I replied. Abbie, her brother Dylan and I were going on a camp to the Dogs Mystery Campsite. I had heard of a lovely dog called Dreamy and his friend Sooty. Abbie and I had read pages and pages of Dreamy stories, and we loved them.

You will probably wonder why we were going, well Abbie’s 19 year old brother Dylan had a job at the museum near there. “Before we go lets read some of our Dreamy book” said Abbie

 The witch was getting close, and Dreamy was getting weaker,He was trying to fight her off when… 

“Abbie, Ellen, come down stairs we are going now” Called Dylan

‘Coming,” Abbie and I called back. We all jumped in the car ready to go on our adventure.

We have got all the windows down and the air conditioning on but we are still hot, you would not like to be here. “Dyl can we stop off at McDonalds for dinner?” I said

“sure,” he said

we went into McDonalds and there was a giant queue, It was sooo boring waiting for our food. Finally we got it and we were off and away.

Chapter 2 The Arrival

We are finally there and unpacking. Abbie, Dylan and I will be in room 26 on the highest story! Dylan has to start his job so Abbie and I went down to see him off.

“Bye Dyl,” Abbie and I called as he went. We were happy to stay in our room and just sleep, we wouldn’t like to be doing a job now. Sleeping would be much better than working. In bed I could hear owls hooting and crickets clicking, but I was not scared.

Morning came fast, so fast that I felt like I hadn’t had any sleep. “Rise and shine,” shouted Abbie jumping on my bed, “can’t you wait to go explore?”

“mmm,” I groaned. I really did not want to go anywhere, but really, it may be fun.

I got changed and flew downstairs with Abbie. “Wait up,” I shouted.

Dylan was already eating pancakes at the table. “Oh save some for us,” Abbie said brightly, “how many have you had?”

“3,” Dylan said quietly

“Oh give us some!” Abbie and I shouted.

We discussed what we should do, but Abbie and I both wanted to exsplore so that is what we did.

Chapter 3 Exsplore-atoin  

Outside it was really sunny. It was so sunny that as soon as we got outside we had to go under cover, in the shade. “Well this was not what I was planning” said Dylan

“Ah Ha,” replied Abbie.

“Maybe we could go find the movie theatre, and play on the playground by it?” I said

“year,” said Abbie “okay with you Dyl?”

“sure, fine go on you guys, you go off and play, I’ll go chat to Camie” said Dylan.

Camie was his girl-friend, who just lived around the corner. So me and Abbie ran off to the playground. When we got there we started playing, but then we heard a rustle in the leaves. “what was that?” said Abbie as she turned. “I don’t know” I replied as I turned too. Nothing was there. Then we heard it again, and this time, we saw it…

Chapter 4-Scaredy dog!

Its ears twitched fast, Its fur was as white as snow, and its eyes twinkled like diamonds. As soon as we saw it we saw it we new it was Dreamy! We walked carefully up to him (so he did not run away) but he ran away. Abbie kept on running but I tripped up and hurt my leg so I sat down. I soon started crying I have no idea why, mabe it was because I had no idea where I was, or maybe because I had fallen over, no idea…

I don’t know how long I have been here, but it is dark so I certainty think I blanked out. At my feet I suddenly saw a beautiful dog, a sorry full dog. I knew at first sight it was Sooty, Dreamy’s friend. He looked up at me and (I know it sounds funny) in my heart he said ‘are you alright?’ and I must have said ‘no,’ in his heart because he started rubbing against my sore leg. Soon he stopped and made a small signal to something. About 2 seconds after, a dog who we all know came out. Dreamy. Then he started talking to my heart. They led me back to the hotel, where I told them to wait, and I ran up to our 26^th room, and got an old piece of news paper and a blanket. I brought them down and I asked them to lie on it. I put the blanket over them, kissed them both goodnight, and went back up to our room.

Chapter 5-The truth

The next day had come. I was outside playing with the dogs, when Abbie came down and saw me.

“Oh. My. Gosh,” she said “Your playing with the dogs!”

“uh ha,” I said

“But I thought they were scared of us,” Abbie Cried

“Well they were…” and I carried on with the story.

“Dylan,” Abbie called “Come see what Ellen is doing”

Dylan ran down with an impressed look on his face. “How did you do that?” he asked

“Well I sort of sat down and started crying, and Sooty was at my feet” I announced “then he made some sort of signal, and there was Dreamy.”

“Wow, it must have been cool” said Abbie

“It was” I replied.

I through the ball again and both dogs ran I fetch it.

Chapter 6-Goodbye

When I woke up the next morning, I felt happy, but then I remembered, we were leaving. I have had a really great time and I Do not want to leave, but I also couldn’t wait to see my family at home. Everything seemed quiet so I went down stairs and saw that Abbie and Dylan were having breakfast. Soon after we had finished, I went down to give the dogs the leftovers and some water I said I had to go pack because we were leaving. After I had packed I went to help pack the car, It was soon time to leave I had tears in my eyes as I kissed them both on the head and said Goodbye. As I got in the car I thought I had a great trip, the best ever, and the dogs, I loved them best of all.

What Dogs!!!
